STAR Service Request

Our maintenance team will provide routine maintenance to all kitchen appliances, all plumbing fixtures, and electrical outlets. Residents can call our hotline number 1-(888) 851-7827 or complete a service request form on-line.


During business hours, the hotline is answered by our professional staff and a service request is immediately sent to the service technician at your community.


After hours, the hotline is answered by voice mail. Residents may leave a message for non-emergency requests to be addressed within 24 hours. For after hours emergency service, residents can still contact the STAR line. They will dispatch a technician within one hour. After hours emergencies are:

  • No heating if outside temperatures are below 50 degrees
  • No air-conditioning if outside temperatures are above 95 degrees
  • Commode stoppage in an apartment with one bathroom
  • No electrical service to an entire room
  • Water leaks on flooring or carpeting

Any time a service technician works in your home, a written copy of the service request will be left in a visible location.
