We guarantee to provide next working day service on the following: mechanical problems with your air conditioning or heating system, refrigerator, exterior sewer line, hardware on your exterior doors, interior plumbing, stove and oven. Your rent may be rebated if we do not!
We provide a toll free number (1-800-590-1819) or e-mail form to residents that need additional customer service. The hotline is answered by a regional office representative! It can be used by all SMI Realty Management residents for comments, concerns, or suggestions of any kind. E-mails will provide a more detailed description of your concern.
Our maintenance team will provide routine maintenance to our residents. Service includes but is not limited to: all kitchen appliances, all plumbing fixtures and electrical outlets.

For your parties, birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions, let us help you make the occasion even brighter! Stop by your leasing office for a complementary balloon bouquet. This service is available to all of our residents free of charge.
At SMI Realty Management, we want your home to be as stress free as possible. As a courtesy to you, we offer you the ability to make the choice between paying your rent in one monthly payment or in two payments (one half on the first of the month and the other on the 15th of the month). To take advantage of our flex pay program, ask your office for details. Restrictions apply.
SMI Realty Management provides all residents with our Concierge Package as part of our STAR Services. The Concierge Package includes copy and local fax accessibility, mail drop-offs, 24-hour emergency maintenance, stamps available to purchase from leasing office and a resident tool chest available for your use. We provide these services to you in order to make your living experience with SMI enjoyable and convenient.
